The building will have structured parking, a pool deck, a fitness center, recreation rooms, and co-work areas. There is also 17,000 feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Construction will commence in 2024.

Hempstead, New York

Baldwin Commons is a new 33-unit affordable family project located in the town of Hempstead in Nassau County. The building will be about 32,600 squarefeet. There will be 33 units located on the upper floors located on a podium structure. Residents will be able to utilize the following amenities: a community room, manager’s office, laundry room, fitness room, and a community patio.

Silver Creek Senior Housing

Silver Creek, NY

Silver Creek Senior Housing is a proposed new affordable senior housing project in the Village of Silver Creek in Chautauqua County. The development includes the demolition of the existing school building and the new construction of a 54-unit apartment community serving individuals and families ages 62 years and older. There will be an onsite management office, community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor seating and recreation area. Construction will commence in 2025.
